June 29th&30th

Banana pyjamas and comfy hoodie. This basically sums up my weekend; I wanted to do something special for the last day of GlitterSnap but nothing in my life was very special and I didn't really want to force a picture that didn't really show my true weekend antics! 

June 28th

I spent the evening celebrating Amy's birthday again with a lovely Italian meal and a few drinks with all the girls! We surprised Amy with a decorated table with confetti, balloons and then a photo cake of some highly embarrassing pictures of her on it. Was hilarious seeing her face as it arrived! I had such a lovely evening with everyone!

June 27th

Yesterday I went to Alton Towers with this bunch of nutters. It was heaving and raining but all in all a good day, I love my friends.

June 26th

I got to wear these lovelies this evening for a friends birthday meal! I had a lovely evening and properly fell in love with these shoes; I'm a sucker for a good pair of heels (especially when they're only a fiver!!) I thought they deserved to be today's picture! 

June 25th

Bit artistic today I must say. But today was Amy's birthday, one of my closest friends! Morning, break, frees and lunch were all spent laughing and smiling with the birthday girl! Our little friendships group has a major fascination with wrapping all presents with ribbon and pretty bows; and Amy got a real collection today! So happy birthday Amy; hope you had an amazing day! 

Birthday Celebrations

So it was one of my closets friends Birthday a couple of weeks ago and we celebrated with a meal at a lovely Italian in Blackpool and then drinks and drunken antics at a friends house.

My Girls all looked amazing, and we had such a good night!

After the meal we then returned home for drinks and a game of ring of fire; by far one of the funniest drinking games ever!

I then embarrassingly enough ended the night, on the bathroom floor; which is where I slept; but I wont include those embarrassing pictures. But all in all a good night was had by all!

I just wanted to post about the evening as not only a memory for me but as an insight into my life.

June 24th

Today was rather boring with college and then college work this evening. My dog did give us some entertainment tonight though; running around without a care. 

Sorry for a boring post but nothing really happened today, aha. 

June 23rd

Bit of a blow out today. But I didn't have to go into work so I had a free day. I down most the day with mum and dad so I didn't really get chance to take pictures. But I spent most of the evening in my room tucked up in bed. So it deserves to be today's picture. 

McFly concert

Hello.

Soooo, this post is a bit late considering its been over a month(nearly two months now) since the actual concert. ooops! But I just felt like I needed to give this post a bit of time and care to do the gig justice.

McFly have ALWAYS and will always be my favourite band. I love everything about them; their determinism, their music, their passion, their love for their fans and obviously their looks and personalities just wrap the whole package up. One of the things I love the most about them though is their live performances. Ive seen them 3 times before so I knew how amazing they'd be and how indescribable the atmosphere would be, but this time was completely different and I was majorly blown away.

I headed to Manchester on Friday 3rd May with some of my best friends.
After the rush to the train station and then the boarding the train we were off. But once we got to Preston we had to change trains and start all over again. Once we arrived in Manchester we headed for our hotel, checked in and grabbed some down time. We then headed down to Manchester Apollo in the evening to see if we could need the band after the concert. We got pretty close, but they unfortunately didn't stop, which we all appreciated because their was a lot of us.

The next day was our turn to experience the concert; The Memory Lane Tour, Manchester Apollo 4th May, 2013. Never had I ever been so excited for a concert! We started queuing at around ten in the morning, ready for the afternoon. Some of our group were still travelling up from Blackpool.

Once we were inside the building, which wasn't until around half 6/7 we ended up 2nd and 3rd row from the front, at the middle of the stage. Honestly the best view I've ever had at a standing concert. It was pretty warm but we were all prepared for that. The atmosphere was amazing, no other concerts had even compared. 

Obviously the atmosphere was even more unbelievable once the concert started. James Bourne and The Vamps were support acts, along with Mr Antastic and all were wonderful! Especially James Bourne, bringing back childhood memories off Busted!

McFly were immense and we jumped and sang for the whole concert. It was rather hot but it didn't really seem to matter. As cheesy as it sounds the atmosphere was electric! I can honestly say I have never been to a concert as AMAZING in my life and McFly never fail to put on an amazing performance. The whole thing was made 10000x better because I got to share it with all my best friends and because we were so close so eye contact with Danny and Dougie was possible! (Especially with Danny in One For The Radio as we all sang and pointed to him). Best night of my life!

June 22nd

Spent the day at work(pulling an 8 hour shift for the first time in a few months!) I adore my job and love the people I work with; it basically makes it the furthest thing from work. My dinner break was rather enjoyable today with coffee and my favourite meal from work(basically the best chicken nuggets EVER). I thought that my one bit of down time today was the loveliest thing to picture. 

June 21st

So today unspent the day at Manchester university and took a little visit on manchester museum! Whilst I was there I saw this display; little paper cranes. It was about the destruction caused by the atomic bomb in Hiroshima, Japan and about how peace can be found in the bad things in life; which is what the cranes represented. It was a truly beatiful an thought provoking display; it seriously made me think about things in my life. 

June 20th

Today was my dads birthday so it was birthday celebrations all evening with takeaway and the best cake in the world and some crappy tv! All in all a good night. My mum bought me this new picture for my wall today and I just felt it summed my evening up; spending time with two of my favourite people, who I love immensely.

June 19th

Had a pretty busy day with college, a driving lesson, swimming and a college meeting. But the little bit of down time I managed to get I spent with my little man. This picture sums him up; always in the tiniest bit of sun, no matter where he is. 

June 18th

I spent the day at Leeds university today and I was blown away by how amazing the city/campus is! I loved it! I was so disappointed to find out that I can't do nursing there though because I don't have biology at as level..boo! But on the way home I spotted this sign on a bridge and it made me laugh(it was also the only picture I took today, silly me)

Hopefully I've managed to set up BlogLovin for my blog, then if anyone ever feels like it they can easily follow my blog; BlogLovin basically makes following blogs easier for everyone and then keeps all the blogs you follow in one place!

I seriously want to start to grow my blog so at least a few more people read it! June 17th

So this is pretty random. But we've started redecorating the house and honestly there's something really refreshing about decorating and starting a fresh.

June 15th/16th

Sorry for not posting a picture yesterday, I  spent the whole day at work so I didn't really get chance to snap anything. 

But today was Father's Day which I spent with my mum all morning waiting for my dad to get home from work, then I spent the afternoon with him and my nan and grandad. Safe to say I have the best dad in the world, as well as the best family in the world!

 I'm pretty jealous of my dads present from me...it looks so tasty! 

June 14th

As much I hate the rain I rather enjoyed spending the evening listening to it bounce down and watching it down the windows; it looked rather amazing if I'm honest.

June 13th

So after my best driving lesson yet I spent the evening relaxing with copious amounts of hot chocolate, tv, sweets, my mum and the dog. It's been the nicest evening I've had in a long time!

June 12th

I don't know why but I find the crack in my window looks quite pretty. I also think the back of my house looks pretty too. I take for granted how pretty it looks and always look at the weather as a negative, especially the rain. But last day of having this cracked window, hello new windows tomorrow and hello warm room, finally!!

Today was a fab day. I spent the morning cleaning my room and then the afternoon walking round Blackpool with Soph. Then I spent the late afternoon at the park in the sun listening to the music and relaxing with some of my besties! 

June 8th

Another lovely day so I took my dog for a lovely walk in the sunshine. I've never noticed how nice the field/woodland area near my house actually is! I feel like I've waste it, not going walking very often. 

June 7th

Today was another college day, waisting the lovely weather inside. But after college I had a driving lesson and had to tackle this mad roundabout, thankfully it was rather fun and I didn't hit anybody, all's well. 

June 6th

This is cheating slightly seen as I took this the other day but it's been another lovely day and I spent most of it outside, as well as in college erg. But once I got home I spent a lot of time playing with my favourite little man in the garden, so I think he deserves to be my daily snap!

June 5th

End of exams today so my picture for the day could have been a very very happy 'selfie' but I refrained. I chose this sunflower as my snap for today seen as yet again I spent the majority of the day in the garden, plus I think it's a very pretty flower.

June 4th

This is really random, but after the stressful day of revision I've just had (ready for my last exam tomorrow, yes yes yes!) pizza has been the best thing since getting home tonight (plus I didn't take any other pictures today). There's something comforting about eating pizza.
